Managing Director

Barry's role is to train, lead and provide direction for all staff within the Company. A Registered Builder for some 30 years, Barry completed a Graduate Certificate of Management in 2004 at James Cook University. Over the past 6 years, with the assistance of two other staff members, we developed the Design Software, which provides working drawings to the fabrication staff.  This is integrated with Homefab's three steel roll forming mills, which provide cut-to-length products for the fabrication of steel wall frames and steel roof trusses.

Silvano Sclippa
General Manager

Silvano is a sheet metal worker by trade and has been with the company since the inception of Homefab in 1989, and is a part owner of the company. Silvano's role in the firm is to manage Sales and the day-to-day operations. His wealth of experience in developing concept plans to meet clients needs has played a vital part in the firm's success.

               Homefab employs some four to ten production staff on the workshop floor at various times. The production staff operate the latest automated/integrated steel roll forming mills and fasten all Truecore products with the Henrob Self Piercing Rivet System.

In January 2009, Homefab purchased its own delivery crane truck, plus further to this in June 2010 purchased a trailer, both will assist us in providing a quality service to meet our clients needs.
