Homefab will then supply you with preliminary plans and various three-dimensional views of your design. Our friendly professional staff will then contact you, place your plan into our computer aided drafting program. After any amendments are made, we can arrange a quote for you.

Naturally, people have different tastes, and we cater for these differences at Homefab. If you wish to use different external cladding from our standard Hardiplank cladding, for example, a timber or colorbond cladding, let our estimator know when you contact us. • External steel wall frames at 2550mm high - ( 2700 mm optional
• Internal steel wall frames at 2550mm high - ( 2700 mm optional)
• Necessary wall frame hold-down bolts and dampcourse
• Necessary steel roof trusses - (20 degree pitch standard)
• Necessary beams, post and veranda rafters
• Necessary steel roof battens
• All necessary screw fixings, bolts and brackets for steel work

ROOFING

• Zincalume roof and ridge capping - (Colourbond Optional)
• Colourbond fascia, barges, gutter and accessories
• Air cell Insulbreak 65 (R2.7) roof insulation - to comply with standard energy efficiency requirements
• All necessary roof fixings, rivets and silicone

EXTERNAL SHEETING

• Air cell Insulbreak 65 External wall insulation (R1.8) - to comply with the standard energy efficiency, thermal break requirements
• James Hardie pre-primed Heritage Hardiplank external wall cladding
• James Hardie Hardiflex (6mm) to veranda ceilings and soffitts
• All necessary screw fixings and James Hardie sealant

EXTERNAL SHEETING

• Necessary sliding glass windows with standard fly screens and timber reveals

Do you require a builder?

Although Homefab is a supplier, if you require a contractor to build your kit, we can recommend a reputable builder who is familiar with the Homefab system. There are many Building Contractors that exclusively use the Homefab product, and carpenters who have had experience building with Homefab Steel Frames.
